Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following Amazon's safety protocols and traffic laws
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently at the fulfillment center
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery exceptions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to Amazon's delivery standards and time windows
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
