Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport Amazon packages to customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Follow all Amazon safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Lincoln area
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
