Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to Amazon customers in Durham and surrounding areas
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using provided technology to ensure on-time performance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication throughout the process
- Inspect and report vehicle maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize loading and unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
