Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages throughout San Diego
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during package drop-offs
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Manage efficient route planning to meet delivery time windows
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages in warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills with GPS proficiency
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
