Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon delivery vehicles to transport packages on designated routes
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to customers' doorsteps
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet performance metrics
- Use provided handheld device to scan packages and track deliveries
- Report delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
