Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon delivery vans to transport packages and ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries professionally
- Follow all DOT regulations and Amazon safety protocols for secure transportation
- Manage delivery route efficiently using provided technology and GPS systems
- Scan and verify packages before and after delivery to maintain accuracy
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B or valid driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and scanning
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 21+ years old with reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
