Responsibilities
- Deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently to residential and business addresses
- Load/unload packages using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety standards
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes or issues
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in all weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
