Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages within designated Atlanta routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using Amazon scanning technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and address inquiries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Adhere to strict delivery time windows while maintaining safe driving practices
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening as per Amazon requirements
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning apps
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
