Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional interactions at delivery points
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or delays promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Support inventory management and package sorting at the DSP facility
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and delivery apps
