Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using handheld scanning technology
- Provide outstanding customer service through professional communication and package handling
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery standards
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency using handheld scanning devices and mobile applications
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
