As a Delivery Service Partner, you will be the face of Amazon in your community, ensuring customers receive their packages safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Safely operate a delivery van on assigned routes throughout Washington, DC.
- Ensure all packages are delivered accurately and within the promised time window.
- Interact professionally and politely with customers at every delivery point.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for communication.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for route tracking and communication.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
