Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Load/unload packages with precision and care using scanning technology
- Optimize daily routes to meet delivery time windows
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks
- Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery point
- Adhere to Amazon's safety policies and DSP operational standards
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions through mobile apps
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
