Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following Amazon's strict safety protocols
- Efficiently load, sort, and deliver packages to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior delivery/driver experience preferred
