Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages on designated routes
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle condition daily
- Use handheld technology to track deliveries and update records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route challenges
- Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
