Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to Amazon's strict service standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle package exceptions, returns, and customer inquiries with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Basic English proficiency for reading directions and communicating with customers.
- Reliable smartphone for accessing route information and tools.
