Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Tampa-area routes efficiently
- Sort, scan, and deliver Amazon packages within designated time windows
- Maintain clean, organized vehicle and handle package loading/unloading
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Comply with traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery standards
- Track deliveries using Amazon's scanning technology and mobile app
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service preferred
