Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Tampa-area routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with attention to handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and Amazon compliance standards
- Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status updates and resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A/B) or standard driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Tampa/St. Petersburg area
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
