Responsibilities
- Drive commercial delivery vehicles to designated customer locations in Washington, DC.
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using provided equipment.
- Ensure accurate delivery of orders and obtain digital signatures when required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Update delivery status using handheld devices and mobile applications.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher).
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for route management.
