Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using Amazon technology
- Manage daily route optimization to meet delivery time windows
- Inspect vehicle before/during shifts to ensure safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and DSP partner guidelines
- Communicate delivery exceptions and issues to DSP management
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Smartphone with reliable data/internet access
- Basic navigation skills (GPS proficiency preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No CDL required
