Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery quotas while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions and route navigation
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and resolve delivery issues
- Uphold Amazon's high standards for package security and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
