Responsibilities
- Safely operate personal vehicle for package delivery throughout Portland metro area
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining delivery timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Use Amazon technology to scan packages and update delivery status
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Communicate delivery exceptions and route challenges to DSP manager
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (2005 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting Amazon requirements
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data/internet access
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
