Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Load, unload, and secure packages for efficient delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and pickup interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report vehicle/service issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and fuel efficiency
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
