Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers on designated routes
- Load/unload packages efficiently while verifying delivery accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle condition
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Communicate delivery status and delays through Amazon systems
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
