Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages in compliance with Amazon standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or discrepancies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily delivery targets
- Excellent customer service attitude
