Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Richmond metropolitan routes efficiently
- Manage package loading/unloading with scanning technology and inventory checks
- Maintain exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS and route planning tools
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate package sorting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Richmond area roadways
- Basic tech proficiency for scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to depot
- Background check and drug test clearance
