Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Optimize delivery routes to meet daily time and performance targets
- Communicate delivery exceptions and delays to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency using GPS navigation and mobile technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
