Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's handheld scanning technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
