Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules and route optimization protocols
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure fleet maintenance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and returns
- Utilize Amazon technology systems for real-time tracking and delivery updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Phoenix metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
