Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customer doorsteps in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring cargo safety and proper handling.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving delivery issues and maintaining a positive image of Amazon.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile technology to verify deliveries and manage inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the assigned delivery van.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon operational standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic English reading and communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
