Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver Packages: Transport packages to residential and business addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery van to ensure safety and compliance.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely and handling packages with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon's delivery guidelines at all times.
- Route Navigation: Utilize handheld devices and GPS systems to navigate delivery routes accurately.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Possess a valid Class B Driver’s License.
- Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
- No Experience Required: Previous driving or delivery experience is not necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
