Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using Amazon's navigation system for maximum efficiency
- Load/unload packages with precision and care, ensuring zero damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's delivery standards and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer support teams
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
