Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs) and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Follow GPS navigation systems and optimize routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years licensed)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation and communication
- Physical ability to lift packages, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 21 years old with proof of auto insurance
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
