- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in Louisville
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via the Amazon Flex app
- Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to Amazon's safety policies and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B required
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Reliable smartphone with internet access
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
