Responsibilities
- Operate a delivery van to transport packages to customer doorsteps in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate sorting and loading of packages onto the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service by ringing doorbells, obtaining signatures, and ensuring packages are placed securely.
- Utilize handheld scanners to manage package tracking and inventory.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners and smartphone apps.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
