Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and business customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring weight distribution is balanced.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, handling any issues with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery protocols strictly.
- Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to manage delivery status and proof of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license required (Class B is a plus).
- Achieve and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
