As a Driver Partner, you will operate a branded Amazon van, manage your own delivery schedule, and enjoy the flexibility of being your own boss. We provide the vehicle, the technology, and the support—you provide the drive.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Operations: Safely drive and operate Amazon-branded vans to deliver packages to customers efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience by adhering to delivery protocols and handling packages with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for your daily route.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
- Package Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize packages for optimal delivery efficiency.
- Schedule Management: Manage your own work schedule to meet customer demand, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
- Age: At least 21 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
- Residency: Must live within or near Raleigh, NC.
