Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring all parcels are handled with care.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery status, including proof of delivery and exceptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must have a smartphone with data capability for navigation and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English language proficiency for clear communication.
