Responsibilities
- Drive a branded delivery vehicle to complete assigned routes in the Memphis, TN area efficiently.
- Safely load, unload, and organize packages to ensure order on the delivery vehicle.
- Deliver packages to customers with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Interact with customers, answer questions, and resolve delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle daily to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon delivery protocols at all times.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage or loss.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and route planning if required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible to work weekends or holidays.
