Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customer doorsteps.
- Adhere to delivery routes and time schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle package loading and unloading, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for route planning and cash handling (if applicable).
- Reliable access to transportation for getting to the DSP facility.
