Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently load, scan, and deliver packages within assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with sorting packages at the fulfillment center when required
- Adhere to Amazon's policies regarding package handling and delivery procedures
- Communicate route progress and delays to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Must be at least 21 years old
