Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and ensure timely package delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer interactions
- Follow Amazon's delivery protocols and safety procedures
- Perform vehicle pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency using provided technology
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers
- Report delivery issues and maintain communication with dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of San Francisco streets and neighborhoods
