Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Toledo neighborhoods efficiently
- Load, secure, and deliver packages on time while maintaining excellent customer service
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize daily efficiency
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver in tight spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery experience preferred
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
