Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize daily delivery routes to meet productivity targets and time commitments
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any package discrepancies or issues
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and coordinate special requests
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route navigation skills (GPS proficiency required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics training preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening as per Amazon requirements
