Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to customers within designated delivery routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and address customer inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
