Responsibilities
- Safe Delivery: Safely deliver packages to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle and maintain cleanliness.
- Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques.
- Technology: Utilize handheld devices to scan packages, update delivery statuses, and navigate routes.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, handling inquiries and exceptions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) and a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
