Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon DSP standards
- Use handheld devices to scan and track packages
- Communicate delivery exceptions and delays proactively
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with reliable internet/data access
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS technology
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- No CDL required (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
