Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon delivery vehicles to complete routes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling packages with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon DSP operational policies.
- Handle returns and damaged packages according to company procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
- Must have access to reliable transportation for your commute to the distribution center.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
