Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles to transport packages on assigned routes
- Utilize provided handheld scanners to accurately track and confirm deliveries
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery timelines and Amazon's quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely load/unload packages using provided equipment and techniques
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using supplied checklists
- Report delivery issues and route challenges through provided communication tools
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs with provided equipment
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using provided delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (equipment provided for testing)
- Knowledge of Philadelphia area road networks preferred
