Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using provided handheld devices
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Communicate delivery status updates through provided technology
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
