Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following all traffic regulations and Amazon safety protocols
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders for same-day delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records using Amazon's scanning technology
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to delivery time windows while maintaining route efficiency
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team about route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
